Strategic Planning

Led a review of business unit operations to assess the strategic options for a Fortune 100 diversified technology, media and financial services company.   Conducted a five year review of operations, assessed global markets and evaluated the competitive landscape. Engaged leaders across the globe to understand implications of potential change options on local strategies and operations. Then employed detailed analysis and statistical modeling to identify and quantify potential outcomes to determine Grow, Harvest & Exit options. Presented client with multiple options including the recommendation for minimal investment and a specific future decision point, which improved the harvest value by over 3x while allowing for a potential revenue growth upside of 170%.

Program & Change Management

Led a project to capture procurement organization synergies for a  large and very strategic acquisition at a Fortune 100 CPG company. Led the Program Management Office (PMO) coordinating the efforts to drive the integration and strategic sourcing which addressed over $10B of both direct and indirect spend. Supervised development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies, identified issues and de-risked the client implementation driving significant annual savings of 5%-30% across spend.  Engaged weekly with the Chief Procurement Officer to provide counsel and guidance, identify new opportunities as well as provide progress on all initiatives.  Assisted the CPO by conducting analysis and creating presentations for use with the CFO, CEO and the board.
