It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is Most Adaptable to Change. ~ Charles Darwin
Strategy & Transformation Management
Change is hard and even the best strategy will fail or fall short of full potential if not executed properly. The road to change if mired with many pitfalls
Lack of focus – Those tasked with leading change often get distracted by the day-to-day activities and challenges that must be addressed to keep the business running.
Failure to assess – Starting down the path without a clear understanding of where leaders, culture, systems, people and process are not aligned to the change.
Ineffective implementation – Processes not modified to support change and / or a lack of penetration and acceptance throughout the workforce.
Insufficient momentum – Change begins but due to some or all of the above, it fails to achieve the tipping point where it supplants the “old ways”.
